Returns

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery and ship back the product to me within 7 days of contacting me for a replacement or refund. Product must be in the same condition as it was received.  

Refunds will not include original shipping cost and you will be responsible for the shipping to send back to me. 

Please do not hesitate to contact me with any problems you may have with your order so a solution can be found whether it be a return or replacement. 

I cannot take accept any returns on custom orders such as the initial, name, or birth year necklace and earrings or custom sized body jewelry.
